De l’enquête à l’affichage sauvage dans le quartier Strasbourg Saint Denis à Paris, l’édition Transmissions végétales I est une documentation de la recherche et des réalisations de la première phase du projet Transmissions végétales créé en 2020 par Nicolas Guillemin et Agnès Prévost.
Dans ce projet, Nicolas Guillemin et Agnès Prévost cherchent à repenser la place affective et politique des plantes dans leur société. Leur idée est de regarder les situations humaines et spatiales à partir du monde végétal. Cette démarche non-anthropocentrée leur permet de questionner ce que serait une approche plus qu’humaine des gestes artistiques ou des formes d’exposition usuels.
La dimension située du travail les amène à utiliser l’enquête, l’observation et la collecte in situ comme préalables. Comme ce projet comporte une recherche importante, il-elle documentent les différentes phases du projet sous la forme d’un livret noir et blanc. (presses des beaumonts)

From the survey to the wild postings in the Strasbourg Saint Denis district of Paris, the Transmissions végétales I edition is a documentation of the research and achievements of the first phase of the project Transmissions végétales created in 2020 by Nicolas Guillemin and Agnès Prévost.
In this project, Nicolas Guillemin and Agnès Prévost seek to rethink the emotional and political place of plants in their society. Their idea is to look at human and spatial situations from the plant world. This non-anthropocentric approach allows them to question what would be a more than human approach to the usual artistic gestures or forms of exhibition.
The situated dimension of the work leads them to use survey, observation and in situ collection as a prerequisite. As this project involves a great deal of research, they document the different phases of the project in the form of a black and white booklet (presses des beaumonts)
